FM Travel to Chile

The FM Travel Center will coordinate all hotels and ground transportation within South America; safety protocols will be followed when making your reservations.

All Freeport Employees and Consultants must adhere to the following protocol:

• Contact one of the FM Travel Agents to assist with your reservations. The on-line International Travel Request (ITR) must be submitted for approval prior to tickets being issued.

• All air travel billed to South America is required to be charged to one of the company credit cards on file with the FM Travel Center.

• A business visa is not required for short term visits of up to 90 days for US Citizens traveling to Chile.
